Terms and Conditions: If we receive a purchase order in lieu of payment, you must submit full payment within 30 days of atten-

dance. Students canceling 10 days prior to the seminar will receive a full refund of the event fee less a $50.00 cancellation charge.

Refunds will not be given for no-shows or cancellations made within 10 days of the seminar. Substitutions can be made at any

time.
