More DevCon (Con't fmm page 1)
consultants, and authors of Visual FoxPro, and also the people
who create exciting commercial applications and add-on
products.

Identify valuable add-on products and services. All conference
attendees can attend the Trade Show to explore the latest
products and technology from vendors of third-party software
and services. Suppliers of productivity tools, commercial
applications written using FoxPro products, FoxPro trainers,
publishing houses, authors, and other companies will present
their product’s features and answer your questions.

Network with your colleagues. Take advantage of this interna-
tional gathering of developers to meet people who can help you
solve your programming puzzles. Via the conference sessions
and social events, you’ll develop a valuable network of peers you
can consult to get it done. And you’ll make friends you can
enjoy seeing at other FoxPro developer conferences.

Who should attend? This is a technical education conference
for people who want to utilize the business-problem-solving
power of Microsoft Visual FoxPro 5.0, ActiveX technology,
Microsoft SQL Server, component creation, web technology and
all of the Microsoft Visual Tools to create world class solutions.
Attendees will also get a glimpse at the future of VFP and other
tools.

Conference sessions are desgned for many needs and empha-
sis, including IS staff and management, independent consult-
ants, professional developers, corporate and government
programmers, solution providers, trainers, and anyone who
wants to understand how to make the best use of the Microsoft
Visual FoxPro environment to solve problems.

What is DEVCON like? DEVCON is as intense a learning
experience as you want to make it. Sessions are presented all
day, and some evenings (with ample breaks, of course). You
can choose exactly what you need to create your optimum
education. When you’re not in a DEVCON session, you can
join colleagues and experts who are eager to hear your experi-
ences and share their wisdom. You’ll become a member of the
global FoxPro development community, and discover new keys
to your technical, professional, and personal satisfaction.

Leave your wool suit at home. DEVCON dress is always casual!

The Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina is the conference host
hotel, where all sessions and activities are held. A block of
rooms has been reserved at a special DEVCON rate. To reserve
a room at the discounted rate, call the Conference Hotline at
800-368-3204 or (203)268-3204, or the hotel at (619)692-2200,
and mention you’re a VISUAL FOXPRO DEVCON attendee.
Space is limited so register early.
